Student
All students must be above the age of 18 or present a letter by the students guardian in which the guardian agrees to take full responsibility of the students actions.
Courseware License Agreement
Users are not allowed to copy, reproduce, distribute, display, modify or create derivative works based upon all or any portion of the courseware in any medium whether printed, electronic or otherwise, without the express written consent of ADA Logics. Without limiting the foregoing, user may not reproduce, distribute, re-publish, display, modify, or create derivative works based upon all or any portion of the courseware for purposes of teaching any computer or electronic security courses to any third party without the express written consent of the ADA Logics Institute. Any infringement of this part is an infringement of copyright and IP laws and is prosecutable by law.
Student Comments and Course Evaluations
I understand that feedback I leave on course evaluation forms may be used by ADA Logics publicly in promotional material and will be attributed to me. I grant ADA Logics any and all rights for such use without compensation unless prohibited by law.

Email delivery responsibility
ADA Logics ensure that we send out the necessary emails throughout the enrollment process. ADA Logics is not responsible in case these emails are not available to you in your email client. You may need to adjust your spam settings to allow emails from adalogics.com.
Refund Policy
ADA Logics will not issue any refunds after your account has logged in for the first time. It is your responsibility to keep your credentials safe to avoid losing the right to a refund.
